On July 23, 2004 ppu VAS was accepted for a member of The High-Technology Accelerator of the University of Lodz support program. The High-Technology Accelerator was established as an outcome of an Offset Program between Lockheed Martin and the Government of poland - a program to help the Polish Government boost the country's knowledge-based economy.

Other partners in this program are IC² (Innovation, Creativity & Capital) Institute, Austin Technology Incubator (ATI), Innovation Center of Lodz and IC Fire.
