If you do not agree to all the terms of this License do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install p7mTool. Terms of Use All rights of any kind to p7mTool which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to ppuVAS. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble p7mTool or any files coming with p7mTool. You may use p7mTool for trial purposes only under this license. In praticular ,you cannot use p7mTool for any commercial purpose under this license. You acknowledge that you should obtain your copy of p7mTool from ppu VAS and check its integrity, by verifying that it has been digitally signed by ppu VAS, using the certificate with following fingerprint: DFDA 645F C188 6BFC F39B B7B9 9A4F F020 6A80 CD1E and issued to ppu VAS by Certum Level III : CN=Certum Level III O=Unizeto Sp. z o.o. C=PL with the serial number 02AEA3 to ensure that it has not been altered or tampered with by a third party. Warranty Disclaimers and Liability Limitations p7mTool, and any or all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall ppuVAS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of p7mTool, or to your relationship with ppuVAS. p7mTool does contain any cryptographic executable code - it relies on external executable code provided by the MicrosoftR WindowsR operating system (CryptoAPI). Ownership of p7mTool The title to p7mTool in whole or in any part remains with ppuVAS. p7mTool is copyrighted and is protected by the Polish copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying and/or installing of p7mTool.
