By using p7mViewer 3.0 or other software (“Licensed Software”) under Commercial Single-User License you agree to all the terms of the following agreement ("License"). If you do not agree to all the terms of this License do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install any Licensed Software.

Having a valid Commercial Use License grants you the right to use Licensed Software on one computer and by one person at a time. This is not a concurrent use license.

The applications running under this license agreement must have access to a special file (“License File”) issued and signed digitally by ppu VAS, containing the text of this License Agreement and validity period of the license. The license file must be copied to a local, fixed hard disk drive on the same computer on which the applications are installed

All rights of any kind to Licensed Software which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to ppu VAS. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble Licensed Software or any files coming with Licensed Software.

You acknowledge that you should obtain your copy of Licensed Software from ppuVAS and check its integrity, by verifying that it has been digitally signed by ppu VAS, using the certificate issued to ppu VAS by

and with following fingerprint:

to ensure that it has not been altered or tampered with by a third party.

Licensed Software, and any or all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall ppuVAS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of Licensed Software, or to your relationship with ppuVAS.

ppuVAS specifically disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty against infringement of any intellectual property right of a third party.

Licensed Software does not scan for viruses in the extracted files. Licensed Software does contain any cryptographic executable code - it relies on external executable code provided by the Microsoft® Windows® operating system (CryptoAPI).

The title to Licensed Software in whole or in any part remains with ppuVAS. Licensed Software is copyrighted and is protected by the Polish copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying and/or installing of Licensed Software.
